Automated Document Generator (ADG)

With Pendoc's ADG, you can generate any number of our IRS qualifed volume submitter retirement plans for a flat fee of $200.00 per month, or use our new ADG/sp to generate plans for $175.00 per individual plan. To sign up, simply download our licensing agreement, and fax the completed form to (415) 897-7061. You can demo the ADG by filling in the form on the registration page.

The ADG has the following features:

      • Generate Volume-Submitter Defined Benefit, Profit Sharing, 401(k), Money Purchase, and Target Benefit plan documents.
      • Automatically generates completed adoption agreement, summary plan description, and resolution adopting/restating plan in MS Word™ format.
      • Uses a "What You See is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) interface.
      • Allows you to create partially completed template plans so users can further reduce the time spent creating plans.
      • A validation system that checks plans for missed inputs and provides direct links to review and correct.
      • Creates a folder for each of your plans, allowing you to make changes and redraft a document at any time.

Here is a quick review of the plan generation process using the ADG/sp:

1. Once you are logged in, click on the My Document tab from the ADG/sp toolbar and select New Plan. A create plan window will pop up. Type in a plan name, indicate a plan type and select create. The system will create a new plan folder with the name of your new plan under the pending documents folder of the Document Manager.

2. Your new plan folder contains an adoption agreement and supplemental information form. To access forms, double click them or select edit from the My Document tab menu while the form title is highlighted.

3. Once you have completed both forms you are ready to submit them for document generation. Highlight the new plan folder and select Submit plan [new plan name] from the My Document tab menu. Your plan will then be submitted for review by a Pendoc agent.

4. After a Pendoc Agent has reviewed your plan, your new plan folder will be moved to the completed documents folder, your documents will be sent to you by email in MS Word™ format, and you will be able to access your completed documents at any time. (Note: Upon request these files can be posted in .pdf format).

Your final documents will include an adoption agreement, a summary plan description, resolution adopting/restating the plan and the supplemental information. You can click here to download a favorable determination letter.

Upon completion of this form, you will be sent a link and a username and password to access the ADG demo account. The demo account will only allow you to generate an incomplete Volume-Submitter Profit Sharing Plan document.
