Our website will remain accessible until the ftwilliam.com EGTRRA restatements become available.

Until then, Pendoc will continue to provide any required amendments at no cost to users, provided they are a subscriber of the ftwilliam.com document service. The documents themselves, however, will not be updated for any such amendments. There will still be a per plan charge to advise employers using prototype plans to required plan amendments.
