Full Subscription Service:

Our full subscription service allows you to draft as many plan documents as you need for one low monthly rate. Our available documents include Volume-Submitter and Prototype Defined Benefit, Profit Sharing, 401(k), Money Purchase, and Target Benefit Plans. All plans are GUST approved and updated to meet EGTRRA and RMD requirements.

As a full service client, you will have full access to both the subscriber portion of our website and the Automated Document Generator (ADG).

By logging in to the subscriber portion of our website you will have access to:

 
  • MS Word™ templates of our basic plan document, adoption agreement and summary plan description for all 17 available plans.
  •  
  • MS Word™ templates for various plan amendments, administrative forms and correspondence. (direct download or automated email)
  •  
  • Certain IRS tax forms in .pdf format.
  •  
  • Our online prototype plan registration and maintenance system.
  • Fee : $200.00/month with a one year licensing agreement.

    Single Plan ADG Service:

    Our new Automated Document Generator / (ADG/sp) service is a cost effective way to generate single plans right over the internet. You can generate any of our Volume Submitter Plans for one low per plan fee.

    How cost effective is it? $175.00 per plan.

    Are there any additional costs? Only if you decide to have us complete the IRS submission forms. We charge an additional $50 for this service, which includes an IRS transmittal letter and completion of the required tax forms. We will only complete these forms upon your request. (Note: This assumes there are no changes to the document. Changes to a Pendoc IRS approved plan document would cause your plan to become an individually designed plan, for which you would need to use our Single Plan Consulting Service.

    How do I get started? If you are not already signed up with us, you need to complete a License Agreement for Single Plan Users and fax the completed form to (415) 897-7061. Once we have received the completed form, a username and password will be sent to your email address. To complete a License Agreement for Single Plan Users click here!

    How do I login? Now that you have a username and password, you are ready to login to the ADG/sp and start generating retirement plans. Click the top “My Pendoc” link and then click the Login to ADG link on the sidebar. (Note: You must click the Login to ADG link to reach the correct login page. The initial login page after clicking “My Pendoc” is for Full Service clients only).

    How do I generate a plan once I have logged into the ADG/sp? Using the ADG/sp might seem confusing at first, but it is really a very simple system to use. You can always click the help button at the top of the ADG/sp interface or email your technical questions to admin@pendoc.com or your plan language questions to advisor@pendoc.com.

    Here is a quick review of the plan generation process using the ADG/sp:

    1. Once you are logged in, click on the My Document tab from the ADG/sp toolbar and select New Plan. A create plan window will pop up. Type in a plan name, indicate a plan type and select create. The system will create a new plan folder with the name of your new plan under the pending documents folder of the Document Manager.

    2. Your new plan folder under the pending documents folder should now contain two forms for you to complete. One of these forms is for supplemental information, the other is an adoption agreement. To access these forms, double click them or select edit from the My Document tab menu while the form title is highlighted.

    3. Once you have completed both forms you are ready to submit them for document generation. Highlight the new plan folder and select Submit plan [new plan name] from the My Document tab menu. Your plan will then be submitted for review by a Pendoc agent.

    4. After a Pendoc Agent has reviewed your plan, your new plan folder will be moved to the completed documents folder, your documents will be sent to you by email in MS Word™ format, and you will be able to access your completed documents at any time. (Note: Upon request these files can be posted in .pdf format). To access your new document files, simply double click the applicable document listed under the new plan folder.

    Your final documents will include an adoption agreement, a summary plan description, resolution adopting/restating the plan and the supplemental information.     What if I make a mistake? If you make an input error and don’t realize it until after the documents have been completed, simply contact us and we will move your plan back into the pending documents folder. You can then log back in, make the corrections and resubmit your plan. There is no charge for this, however successive submissions and significant changes to the original document will be monitored.

     

     

    Single Plan Consulting Service:

    This service is tailored to people who want additional consulting assistance. Using this service, you complete the adoption agreement by hand, and a Pendoc representative reviews your forms before completing the documentation. You are additionally entitled up to 30 minutes of over the phone consulting. Additional phone consultation, however, may be subject to additional fees, as described below under consulting services.

    You can download copies of our adoption agreements in pdf format by going to our sample document download page, and selecting the adoption agreement from the sample document table. If you would like to complete the adoption agreement as an MS Word™ document and email the completed form to us, please call 866-736-0362 to receive an adoption agreement in MS Word™ format.
