clients based on the type of service. More involved issues, such as plan
design, are subject to additional consulting fees.
Single Plan ADG Service:
Technical support is free to all Pendoc Single Plan
ADG users. We provide email support regarding questions on plan language.
You will generally receive a response within one business day.
Single Plan Consulting
Service:
We provide advisory support regarding plan concepts
and language to single plan clients. This includes email support and up
to 30 minutes of phone support for each plan agreement (time cannot be
accumulated).
Subscribers:
Technical support is free to all Pendoc full service
subscribers. We provide unlimited email support regarding questions on
plan language. You will generally receive a response within one business
day.
